This one has a bit of all that, along with a generous helping of rain, which certainly makes it true to Ireland. The music is by Phil Coulter, the singer at the outset is Aoife NĂ Fhearraigh, who is singing the Kyrie in Irish, and Roma Downey says the words of the blessing.

"As you walk the roads, may you always have a kind word for those you meet." Amen! That part of the blessing stayed with me.
ReplyDeleteI bet you'd love the Musical Instrument Museum that just opened here in Phoenix. I heard the bagpipes in this musical selection, so it made me think of what's on display at the museum--so many. Amazing history in that one instrument really. You'd probably enjoy a visit there.
This is really lovely. I would have loved to play this as a lullaby for my girls when they were little. Thank you!
